Class Schedule
For all classes, our common goal is to achieve a greater awareness of one's self and their environment. This is evident through self-improvement, better balance, improved coordination, increased personal fitness, greater self-esteem, enhanced confidence, lower stress levels, and wonderful friendships developed at IMAC.  
 

Kids Class
